Welcome to Trick Fitness – we’re the personal training gym in Canberra which knows all the tricks in the book when it comes to making our members fitness goals become reality.
We’ve provided our members with a modern, friendly and relaxed atmosphere where personal progress is prioritised and our experienced personal trainers are there every step of the way, to help motivate and push you that little bit further.
Whether you want to build your strength and increase muscle tone; lose weight and slim down or focus on your cardio ahead of an upcoming endurance event, we have a range of state-of-the-art resistance machines and weights designed to help you work on what you need to.
We also run a number of fitness classes, including the demanding art that is pole dancing.
Our personal trainers particularly specialise in the area of rehabilitation, and we’ve helped numerous clients to recover from serious injury and return to their chosen sport or the workplace. To ensure we don’t rush you back too quickly, programmes will prioritise light work, to get the muscles used to exercise again, before progressing on to strength and resistance training. Recovering from injury is a serious and complex matter – while you want to get back in the game as soon as you possibly can, it’s easy to cause lasting damage by rushing or not correctly performing exercises.
Gyms can be intimidating places when you first sign up – especially if you’ve never been a member anywhere before – but we aim to make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door.
